End User License Agreement
Last updated: June 23, 2026
This EULA is between you and Jaycee-Ann Day for the Get Thy Bread desktop application (the "App").
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Macs you own or control, for your own business use, while your subscription is active. You may not copy (except for normal use), modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the App or its AI access.
Verify before you send (important)
The App uses AI to generate drafts of timesheets and invoices, including line items, hours, tax rates, tax amounts, and totals. AI output can be wrong. You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming every figure, every tax number, and every total before sending an invoice or relying on it for accounting or tax purposes. The App is a drafting tool, not a source of tax, accounting, or legal advice, and is not a substitute for professional judgment.
Your data and content
Your captured work data and the invoices you create are yours and are stored on your device. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business and client information you enter, and for how you use the documents the App produces.
No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jaycee-Ann Day is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, tax penalties, or amounts billed or paid, arising from your use of the App or reliance on its output. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Updates
The App may update itself to add features or fix issues. Continued use after an update means you accept the then-current version under this EULA.
Termination
This license ends if you stop subscribing, delete the App, or breach this EULA. On termination you must stop using the App.
Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
